Cancellation Policy: ________________Workmanship Warranty: Plumber warrants all plumbing work against defects in workmanship (leaks, improper connections, code violations, inadequate water pressure) for the period specified above from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing, water hammer, client modifications or unauthorized repairs, misuse, foreign object blockages, tree root intrusion, normal wear and tear, or acts of God. The manufacturer's product warranty on parts and fixtures is separate from this workmanship warranty — see the Parts Warranty section above.

Hidden conditions discovered behind walls, under floors, or underground (corroded pipes, asbestos insulation, mold, structural damage, root intrusion) frequently require scope changes — the change order process ensures transparent pricing and approval before additional work proceeds.
