Parts and fixtures installed under this Agreement carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Plumber warrants that all parts installed are new (unless otherwise agreed in writing) and free from defects. The manufacturer's product warranty is separate from the workmanship warranty in the Workmanship Warranty section below.

Workmanship Warranty: Plumber warrants all plumbing work against defects in workmanship (leaks, improper connections, code violations, inadequate water pressure) for the period specified above from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing, water hammer, client modifications or unauthorized repairs, misuse, foreign object blockages, tree root intrusion, normal wear and tear, or acts of God. The manufacturer's product warranty on parts and fixtures is separate from this workmanship warranty — see the Parts Warranty section above.

Any changes to plumbing scope, fixtures, materials, or routing after this Agreement is signed must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project timeline and cost. Hidden conditions discovered behind walls, under floors, or underground (corroded pipes, asbestos insulation, mold, structural damage, root intrusion) frequently require scope changes — the change order process ensures transparent pricing and approval before additional work proceeds.
